In addition to my scheduled classes, I love working with clients in the Raleigh-Durham area to create and customize workshop and retreat options for companies and organizations, as well as private events and personal training and coaching to meet your needs.  

From leadership and team-building, to celebration of special times and special people, to meeting personal goals in strength and fitness, there are a wealth of possibilities.

​Choose an indoor SUP class
 at the Orange County Sportsplex or your own aquatic center.

Choose a half or full day SUP excursion on Jordan Lake or another body of water.

Are you traveling and need some workouts/motivation to stick with your exercise routine? 


I can accommodate your  schedule to offer in-person or virtual individualized training programs  just for you.

​Some clients enjoy this option to supplement their already established workout routine. 

Some clients use this option to stay accountable to their goals.  

This is also a nice option for beginners who want to learn the basics before trying classes or other training programs.
