Indoor Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Join Maria for SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes designed to challenge your balance and stability, fire up your core muscles and provide a total body workout experience. Outdoor SUP Season - hopefully next year!
Book a two or four-hour paddleboarding session with Maria for 5 or more friends this summer. This summer I am booking private groups of 5 or more students to experience standup paddleboarding, SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness. Experience yoga or a workout on a paddleboard on any local body of water. SUP offerings include: SUP Yoga – Paddle, yoga, paddle. Delightful. SUP Fitness – Paddle, body weight and resistance exercises, cardio conditioning, flexibility training, paddle. Fun. SUP Basics – Paddle, practice, paddle, practice. Educational.

Pints and Poses is in full-swing this season at the amazing House at Gatewood. Join me for an hour-long yoga session followed by a delightful beverage. No registration required. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and $15.00 (cash) to cover the cost of the session and your beverage. Everyone welcome.
