I offer three different SUP classes:
SUP Yoga – Paddle, yoga, paddle. Delightful. SUP Fitness – Paddle, body weight and resistance exercises, cardio conditioning, flexibility training, paddle. Fun. SUP Basics – Paddle, practice, paddle, practice. Helpful. The boards and paddles that I own, rent and LOVE are SUP ATX boards. Fitness can happen anywhere, even in a brewery!
I've teamed up with the fabulous people at Mystery Brewing Co, in Hillsborough, NC to offer "Pints and Poses" classes in the brewery. We meet every other Thursday night in the actual brewery, right where they make the beer. After a 70-minute slow flow yoga practice in the brewery, we roll up our mats and head on down to the pub for a pint. Such a good time! No registration needed. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and $15.00 to cover the cost of the class and a pint of beer. Upcoming class dates: October 12th and October 26th. |
