Okay friends, here we go.
Summer is done; kids are back to school; days are getting a little shorter; and now it's time to refocus, refresh and recommit to our fitness and wellness goals.
I've heard from a lot of friends and clients that it's getting hard at this time of year to stay on track with diet, exercise, sleep, etc. October is a long month ending with Halloween...and then we enter the holiday season. Before we veer any further off track, let's start fresh together. Our challenge begins October 3rd and continues until October 31st.
During this challenge, you will receive daily fitness and nutrition tasks along with motivation and support to stick to your goals. Check FB every day for the next day's assignments.
Everyone is invited to participate. If you have friends who would like to join in, please have them message me so I can add them to the group.
