Mother Nature has blessed us with some gorgeous days for paddling this summer. Since June I have had the pleasure of leading several SUP Yoga and Fitness excursions on Jordan Lake and elsewhere in Raleigh. I am grateful to new and old friends for joining me on many of these outings. We are in full swing now here in mid-July and I'm looking forward to a full August and September. If you haven't tried SUP yet, I have SUP Basics classes in addition to my yoga and fitness offerings. This year I've also been taking many private bookings which works nicely for groups of friends, family or co-workers who are looking for a specific time and day in the week for their SUP experience. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a private or group session at Jordan Lake or a water body near you. I can accommodate up to 11 participants with my own equipment and have the option of renting additional equipment for larger groups. There is plenty of time left to get out on the water and enjoy the magic and beauty of Standup Paddleboarding.
