Day 3.
Thank you for sharing your " I CAN" statements. Reading them is very powerful and helps me get an idea of what your goals and intentions are during this challenge. If you haven't posted and still want to, please do so anytime! I am using this first week to get our minds set on our goals and to practice reframing thoughts and ideas around these intentions. As we have discussed in previous challenges, when we make small changes each hour, day or week....over time we will start to see and feel the cumulative effort in the form of bigger change. In the gym, if we want to try for 10 push-ups, we start with one. And it might be on our knees or on an incline. The next time we do two and then three and so on. For today, let's see if we can make an " I can" statement just for this day. For example.....I can drink one more glass of water. Or, I can get some exercise during lunch. Or, I can take 10 minutes out of my day to breathe and be still. Feel free to share your experience here today or just keep it private. But try for at least one "I can" today. We have lots of time together over the next month. Just like this quote says to us today ....there are things you can do...there are things I can do.....and together.....over these next few weeks...we can do great things. Have a lovely day.
