Our calendar shows 2 healthy between-meal snacks today. Apple, carrot sticks, cheese cubes, peanut butter and celery, pretzels, yogurt....so many good choices to make. Back to the push ups and bridge lifts today for part of our 30 minutes of movement. And of course....8 hours of sleep!
