Day 12.
FRIDAY! Keep up the fantastic efforts everyone. I am proud and inspired by all of you. No effort is too small....It all ADDS up. Today we are revisiting walking lunges and jumping jacks for your exercise task. See if you can get two rounds in today...and let's try for 30 minutes of movement. Scope our your schedule today and see where you can sneak in that activity. Maybe you can find 10 minutes this morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon and 10 minutes today. It all adds up! For nutrition, let's be mindful of our food choices and try for some protein in at every meal. If you look back at the myplate website I shared on Tuesday you can read more about protein and servings. Ideas: eggs, yogurt, nuts, milk, legumes, cheese, fish, chicken, meat, soy...so many choices. Tonight....7 hours of sleep. Keep that water going and if all of these tasks all at once are just too much, pick one. Or pick something that will work for you today. And then tomorrow...pick something else. This is YOUR fresh start. #yougotthis #dayoneistoday
