Day 3.
Wednesday. Hump Day. Mid-week. Let's do this. Thanks for all the posts so far. Awesome to see what you are doing and what you are planning to do this month. If you haven't already, print out the calendar. Post it so you can see it everyday. Exercise task today: 30 minutes of movement/activity plus the two exercises (squats and high knees) on our calendar. Nutrition task: No processed foods today....or keep it to minimally processed if possible. I know this can be hard but that's why it's a challenge. Today we are eating foods that don't have a long list of ingredients...think: fruits, veggies, eggs, meat.....see what you can do with this. Might take a little thought but it's a good step towards cleaning up your diet. You can keep the water going as well as the fruit at each meal. Do your best...it's just one day. Wellness task: Continue to reflect on your fitness or wellness goals for this month and post here if you are willing. Sleep task: GET TO BED. 6 hours at least tonight. Stick with it friends. One day at a time. This is your fresh start.. Day 3 mid-day check in..... Hope you are all having a good Wednesday. I know today's nutrition task is a tough one as much of our food is "processed". If we can make attempts to eat natural and minimally processed foods today, then that's a success. Awareness of what we are eating is really what I'm hoping for early in on this challenge. Click here for a video of what "high knees" look like. (Thanks again Amy!) Stick with your plan for today friends. Get your activity, your water, your healthy food choices, and your rest. #freshstart #yougotthis #dayone
