We are focusing on water today friends. Let's try to make water our main beverage today. At least eight 8 oz glasses of water. And if you have any creative ways of getting your water or reminding yourself to drink your water, let us know. I know some people drink through straws, I've heard of some friends using a gallon jug with lines marked on it. Let us know what you do!
