The quote I share here is a well-known one from one of my favorite Dr. Seuss books. I think these words are perfect as we begin this Tuesday morning.
YOU can steer yourself in any direction you choose today. Take a few moments to think about your day today. Do you have pockets of time for yourself today...whether it's for movement, rest, good food or to practice your fresh start intentions? Can you make the time somewhere, somehow?
Nutrition: Try for protein in each meal
Exercise: Revisit burpees (any type!) and "skaters"....One minute each....1-3 rounds
(30 minutes of movement too!)
Sleep: 8 hours!
