As you get yourself ready to commit to this challenge this morning,
let me share a few components that we will focus on for these 4 weeks:
Exercise, nutrition, overall wellness and rest.
Click here for a calendar with an overview of the 4 weeks so you can plan out your month.
Exercise: 30 minutes of exercise. Anything counts...walking, jogging, weight training, yoga, etc. Something that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up. No excuses on this one. It's 7:40am right now. If you haven't already gotten in some exercise, then take a minute to look at your schedule and see where it will fit today.
Nutrition: Eight glasses of water today.
Wellness: Think about one or two fitness/wellness goals that you would like to work towards or are currently working on. I'll be asking you to share it tomorrow.
Rest: Minimum of 6 hours sleep tonight. Minimum.
This is your fresh start challenge friends. YOU are going to do the work but WE are in this together. Use this group as motivation and inspiration and for accountability. Sometimes we are more willing to be accountable to others than to ourselves so lean on us whenever you need to.
I'm excited to see how this month goes for all of us.
Feel free to share and invite any other friends to our group.
I'll check in with you again this evening.
5:00 pm check-in:
Have you moved today? Get your 30 min.
Keep the water going. You still have plenty of time to hydrate.
Pick a target bedtime for tonight. When do you have to wind down and get to bed in order to get a minimum of 6 hours?
Day one. Fresh start.

I look forward to sharing as many of these journeys as possible, and would love to hear from you if you would like me to tell your story. You can contact me anytime. Thank you so much for your interest and your effort. Think fit...be fit...stay fit! You are stronger than you think. #STYT
