You still have time.
Sleep: tonight: Six+ hours...What time are you going to bed tonight? Wellness task: Take 2 minutes and reflect on why you are participating in this fresh start. Is it to eat better? Get back on track with fitness? Get more rest? Take time for yourself? Just pause and think about why you are doing this.Take a few moments right now...and press your own reset button.... Clear your mind of any negative self talk...Forget about what you haven't done yet today and focus on what you have and CAN still do. If it's too much to look at the whole month...just focus on what you can do today or even this hour. We are all starting fresh. We can do this. Keep posting and sharing friends. The strength of this group is found in each and every one of you. You CAN do this. We got this.
