Two weeks into our fresh start! Great job to everyone who is giving this a try! Whether you post here or participate less publicly, your interest in the challenge is fantastic and I'm so proud of you! I know you are halfway though your day right now. Have you tried for a No Meat Monday? Or even a meatless meal? Just something to explore today to see what other food choices you can make. Get your 30 minutes of movement in and your mountain climbers and V-sits!! Finally...we are aiming for a whopping 8 hours of sleep this evening!!! Have a lovely rest of your day.
