I have to say that this sleep thing is pretty awesome. Because of this challenge I am MUCH more mindful of getting to bed early. Even though I had TONS of work that I could've stayed up and plowed through last night, I listened to my body and dropped onto my bed at 9:30! Unheard of! Got up and 6:00 am this morning and feel like I can do anything. Thank you to everyone for being MY motivation and inspiration to stick with my fresh start intentions.
Today is a fruit-filled day....
Nutrition task: A piece of fruit at each meal. Just had my apple (with peanut butter!)
If you have the time, let us know what fruits you were able to enjoy today!
Fitness task: Squats and high knees (you have done this once already this month....try for a minute each and maybe go through it twice!)
Sleep: 7 hours.
Please continue to be good to yourselves in your thoughts regarding this challenge and your actions. Do what you can. Remember why you started it. Create small attainable goals.
You CAN do this.
